I’ve got news. Big news. YOOGE news!

As of today, Teh Boyfriend and I are the proud tenants of an apartment downtown! (I know!)

The last couple of weeks have been extremely hectic and unbelievable. Teh Boyfriend was away last week in Hong Kong so I was left to continue on with the hunt. After some drama (which led to a lot of freaking out on my part), I managed to score a viewing at a building that we really wanted. So that night, I filled out the application and emailed Teh Boyfriend the PDF to sign and fax back to the Realtor. Thanks to the time difference, the papers were waiting at the Realtor’s desk the next morning, ready for processing. I wasn’t expecting to hear anything about it ’til the next day, but I got the good news in the early evening, and just like that, the apartment was ours!

We are, obviously, just ecstatic with this development. We’ve been talking about it for some time now, and I can’t believe it’s actually happening. I’m moving out! And I’m moving in! With a boy!

I’m livin’ in sin, baby! (Well, soon. We’ve got a lot to arrange and figure out before we start inhabiting the place, so the next couple of weeks are going to be crazy busy.)
