The Site
Majorminordetail.com is taken from the Sondre Lerche song, Minor Detail. Except for the “.com” part. That was my own personal touch. (I’m fancy like that.)
It is brought to you by WordPress and every letter of the alphabet. (I don’t discriminate. …In this case anyway.)
I like the idea of how something small can make a big difference. And since I also tend to overanalyze things down to the smallest detail, it seemed like a good fit.
I cannot take credit for the design as it is somebody else’s work. But I did make a few adjustments to suit my needs and preferences. See, again with the details.
Me
I love music, good food, cute stationery, colour, and glossy magazines (I write for one, too.). Ewan McGregor makes my knees weak. My all-time favourite movies are Moulin Rouge!, Le Fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and Wet Hot American Summer. If I were to eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be potatoes, no question. I have a strange affinity for cartoon poo (the swirly kind that resembles soft-serve ice cream), toy guns and things shaped like guns. I adore all things pretty and girly. My sense of humour is entirely mostly based on Schadenfreude, but I generally mean no harm.
Except when the paparazzi attack.
